Well, my plan went more according to itself yesterday. I was able to maintain my diet and also successfully took my first nap and woke up with little trouble, I did not do any specific exercise because it was movie night with my family. Also, I am trying not to spread myself too thin while I get my new schedule in order.
I did meet some trouble this morning when I attempted to get up after my second nap (the first one of the day really) I had planned to take a short jog at 4:30 A.M. but I was met with physical resistance and ended up resetting my alarm clock till a little after 6. This set me back and caused me to arrive at work later than I wanted to.
On the positive side of my plans though: I have been making it throughout the day without any use of coffee or soda for energy. I have also been consistent with doing my morning "Tai Chi" routine ,even though it has been at work so far.
Tomorrow I will be even more successful. I may not get up in time for my jog, but I will at least get up in time to do my morning stretch at home rather than hiding in the back of a warehouse.
