This weekend I achieved a great breakthrough from my laziness. I was able to actively go workout not one, not two, but THREE days in a row! And not some silly pushups and rage quit scenario, no. I worked out the first day for three hours and then two hours each of the following days. Most of the workout I did was against my heavy bag "The Big Black Banana" and stretching between rounds. I was able to work up a good sweat (not that impressive since it was over 100 degrees at the time) and got my heart rate going. My muscles are still sore with a day of rest between and I will be back at it again tonight.
Now that I have blown my horn, time to tear myself down to human again, otherwise I will ride the 'proud train' right back to lazy town. I successfully have gotten up early enough to run before work only once since deciding to do it every day over a month ago. I have been waking up each day with only enough time to rush to work and I am sick of allowing myself to be this unproductive. Sleep is a necessary evil but I need to stop letting it (and other comforts) determine my output.
Till I can get my sleep here I want it I am at least going to continue working out almost every day, with a few rest days scattered in.
