For the last few weeks I have been very troubled by diseases. What started as a stomach bug marched a course through strep throat and then milked it's way to a throbbing headache and intense sinus pressure for the nasty end bit. Despite my attempts to have high spirits, I was physically grounded for the longest I have ever been due to being ill. It was incredible frustrating but, these things happen.
I am now over the sickness hump and back to the regularly schedule workout plan.
- 4 hours of sleep each day (Two 2 hour naps)
- 6 small meals a day
- Jog/Run each morning
- Stretching workout 2X each day
- Strength training every other day
- Heavy workout 1-2X each week
I am frustrated about having such a large break right when I had just gotten everything ready to go, but I will just look at it as a challenging way to get everything rolling into motion again. A steeper hill to climb. But more work will make it more worth it, right?
